Our terms of sale
- Minimum order of €250.00 (excluding tax), payable upon order for the 1st time, then 30-day payment terms.
- Reorder within 15 days are accepted with a minimum amount of €150.00 (excluding tax) + shipping.
- Orders must include a minimum of 3 different product references.
- The minimum quantity per order is 3/reference. Except for Immortelle Serum: 6 minimum.
To maintain this annual rate, we require a minimum annual order of €1500.00 (excluding tax).
Shipping
Shipping costs are free from:
- €250 ex. VAT for Corsica
- €300 ex. VAT for mainland France
- €2000 ex. VAT for Belgium, Luxembourg, Germany (50% off from €500 purchase)
Shipping costs are those of the Post Office.

- Provide your SIRET or company number, VAT number, website, and business card.
- Specify whether you intend to incorporate our products into your preparations or resell them in a dedicated corner, in addition to your professional practice.
- Minimum order €150 excl. tax, payable upon order.
- 15% discount on the public price.
- Access to certain raw materials in 100ml and 1 liter.

We also manufacture natural cosmetics in our laboratories (massage oils, aftershaves, facial serums, perfumes).
Due to high demand for Immortelle, we reserve the right to confirm quantities ordered and will prioritize orders that include other products.
