Origins

Like the Rose, Jasmine is one of the most prized flowers for its fragrance. A symbol of seduction and femininity in the East, Jasmine boasts a unique and captivating scent. Cleopatra is said to have anointed herself with Jasmine before meeting Mark Antony, who would become her lover, for the first time. A star of perfumery alongside the Rose, Jasmine is an invitation to travel. Its whispers of the Orient evoke sensuality, human warmth, and seduction. Its fragrance boosts morale, desire, and self-esteem.

Absolutes are highly concentrated, so they should be used sparingly, heavily diluted in vegetable oil before application, or with other essential oils before diffusion.
They are obtained by extracting the concrete with ethanol, an organic alcohol that is then evaporated. It is a precious product because it takes a huge amount of petals to obtain a beautiful absolute, but fortunately, a few drops are enough to benefit from the fragrance.
