The Kaffir lime (Citrus hystrix) is a citrus fruit native to an Indonesian island formerly called Sumbawa, from which it takes its name. Its cultivation in our gardens, where it has adapted very well, has been a success and
We love its very particular aroma in cooking, baking and in drinks.

It should be noted that our Combava essential oil is indeed an essential oil, obtained by steam distillation of the whole fruit, and not an essence, obtained by cold pressing of the pericarp.
