Origins

This beautiful annual flower is easy to grow and thrives in a Mediterranean climate. It beautifies gardens and is valued for its medicinal properties. We cultivate Calendula biodynamically to offer you a very high-quality product. When the Calendula flowers, we harvest its flower heads by hand. They are then dried and left to macerate in organic Jojoba oil to obtain the best from both plants.

Calendula flower is traditionally used to soothe itching, sunburn, allergies, irritation, psoriasis, or eczema. It is credited with skin regenerating, healing, and anti-inflammatory properties.

Jojoba oil, a plant-based wax with moisturizing properties, liquefies at room temperature and re-solidifies below 15°C. It is very stable over time and highly resistant to oxidation. Jojoba is non-comedogenic.

Calendula Macerate is suitable for all skin types, especially dry to dehydrated skin. It is also suitable for sensitive, combination, oily, and mature skin.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:

  • For body care, apply to the skin like a cream. For facial care, apply like a serum.
